National Champions. He is the sire of A Secret Score who was
National Grand Champion Stallion as a yearling. Even with the absence
of a show record he has proven to be a great sire on his own.
The Secret is by Hall of Fame Dreamfinder, a leading sire of
halter and performance horses and multiple World and National
Champions. The Secret is out of Kendalite N Roses, who is said
to be one of the greatest mares in the Appaloosa industry. She earned
13 World and National Titles in addition to producing World champion
Dreaming of Roses. She is by Kendalls Reward who is by Hall of Fame
Skips Reward...no surprise these horses can halter and ride. Her mother Classical Rose is by the great AQHA sire, Do Do Chick.
Check Please is out of Sugar On Top, Sugar was buckskin mare that produced foal after foal for us that were sold before they were weaned from the mare. Check Please
was her last foal with this cross. There were 7. She is a full sister to
Im Keeping Score who was the mare that produced the National Grand
Champion Stallion as a yearling, A Secret Score. Sugar was by Prince
Tip Top who stood 4th at the 1974 National Show and was Reserve World
Champion that fall. That was when the shows were big and it wasn't
uncommon to see 100 babies in a class. Prince Tip Top was by Princes
Diamond Jim who was by Hall Of Fame, Prince Plaudit, another name we
all remember. Her mother was Sugar Panda, an AQHA mare that went
back to Sugar Bars.
Check Please is by The Blackmailer, a son of the Hall Of Fame Impressive Andrew! Impressive Andrew was by the Great quarter horse Impressive and out of Roman Annie, ApHC.

ApHC show winners. The Blackmailer's mother was Shell Do II.
She was the mother of Rock Star, ApHC. Rock Star held the number
one leading halter and performance sire for several years. It is no wonder
Check Please is our son's riding mare. She is the one we put the kids
from town on if they want to ride. Her trot is the kind that anyone can sit.
Her disposition is unequaled by any horse. This is the kind of horse that
we will keep here forever. Now, she has shown us what she can produce,
she will probably have another job, besides carting kid and old people
around on the trail. The Blackmailer was injured early as weanling and with acupuncture and only 60 days of riding and 3 weekends of showing, he earned 2 ROMs in 3 Year Old Pleasure and Jr. Western Pleasure. He was the Canadian National favorite, with comments.."I've never seen a horse move like this before.." The Blackmailer sired a Reserve World Champion (2Xs) in addition to other foals that stood in the top 5 in halter. There were not very many of them as we learned shortly after we bought him of the new discovery in the Impressive lines, HYPP. He was a carrier. Check Please is also a carrier and we checked her foal within a couple of days. He is n/n. As long as the test was available for PSSM we did that,also. He is negative. This colt has it all. We are breeding Check Please back the same way, plus we are breeding her full sister Crystal Sugar. Check Please is not for sale, but we can't keep them all. Crystal Sugar will be available For Sale after she is bred to Indelible Image for a 2012 foal.
